I just sent the smile box, we had such a wonderful time at the retreat. Snowed on the way home but it was a great week in Shipshewana.I came home with plenty of beautiful fabric and a new antique quilt top which I plan on reproducing. I came back really inspired, The holidays are a really busy season here with the children and grandchildren but I have plenty of things I’m thinking about for January to work on.
As far as binding I was caught up, but I did receive three more quilts to work on so I guess I am behind again. A never ending process. I did finish these.
I am also making Progress on my 10,000 pieces Tumbler quilt. 1000 pieces of month was my goal, I’m now up to 2000.
Also after much contemplation about fabrics for my passacaglia along with many starts, I decided to go with Disney and Kaffee fabrics. Every rosette will be a different Disney fabric.
Hope that this post finds you stitching, I would also like to wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Hope it is filled with much love and plenty of family fun. Happy Thanksgiving and happy quilting, Rosemary
