In September when I posted a picture of my ironing board, I vowed to leave those unfinished project on the ironing board.
I have finished quite a few projects the last couple of months, my ironing board looks a lot better.
I can’t believe that only I have two tubs left, of course those two tubs are jammed packed full of projects to finish.
Working on finishing these houses, finished one quilt and was going to make another.
Started Barbara Brackman’s Civil War crossings, now I have used up most of the fabrics, have seven blocks finished, hoping to get eight so at least I can make half of the quilt. LOL
I used some of the fabrics in other projects, just probably a good lesson to put all the fabrics together with the blocks.
Have plenty of signature blocks from the Civil War diaries group, Jo Morton group and DearJane, thinking about putting them all in one quilt or who knows, it could be various quilts.
Here’s another project that are stars that are all cut out, I think it makes a queen size quilt.
Plenty of odd blocks and projects in those two Tupperwares left to work on. But I am making progress which I’m very thankful for. I guess I didn’t think I would stick with it. I just challenge all of you to just pull out those unfinished projects or even pull out one of them, look on the bright side if it is finished, it makes room for new fabrics.
Stay stitching and stay warm,
